FUE (follicle Unit Extraction) Hair Transplantation FUE hair transplantation is the most recent and advanced hair transplantation technique used worldwide nowadays. No scars in donor area, rapid healing process and obtaining the closest results to the natural ones, are the advantages of the technique. Hair transplantation with FUE method is the transplantation process of hair with assistance of micro motor to the areas needed. It is a microsurgical procedure that should be performed in a clinic with a competent team leading by a surgeon. Single, double or triple follicles are separated from the skin with the assistance of micromotor and 0.7-0.8 mm micro punches and placed into the canals opened. The transplanted hair will be nourished in the area.
Hair transplantation is performed in a comfortable environment in the operating room conditions. Today, 4000 grafts are easily transplanted in one session by experienced teams. The size of the hairless area, the hair tightness in the donor area, and the characteristics of the hair defines the amount of the follicles which will be transplanted. These factors are related to the hair follicle count that needs to be transplanted. FUE hair transplantation usually takes 4-8 hours depending on the hair follicle count. Since the transplanted follicles are taken from sides and back of the head, they lack dihydrotestosterone receptors and will normally not be lost for life.
The procedure consists of three stages:
Stage 1: Preparation for the operation
Preparation for the operation and harvesting the hair follicles haircut is done with a machine before the operation. After the haircut, occipital area and part of the lateral part of the area above the ears are marked as donor areas and following the anesthesia with a needle, the hair follicles are taken one by one with a device called micro motor.
Stage 2: Frontal hairline and canal opening
This is the most important stage of the operation. Frontal hair line is co-decided by the doctor and the patient and the doctor draws the frontal line naturally and according to golden ratio. The doctor draws zig-zags based on this frontal hair line and opens the canals by giving the directions and natural angles of the hair.
Stage 3: Transplanting the follicles
In this stage, the taken hair follicles are placed in the canals one by one. Especially performing single grafts on the frontal hair line creates a natural look. The patients enters a shock loss period after the hair transplantation in two months. Nearly three months later, the new transplanted hair start to grow. The hair gains its final form in 6-12 months.

Återbesök och uppföljning
Återbesök och uppföljning ingår självklart i operationskostnaden. Patienten får en återbesökstid av oss, men kan även själv kontakta oss för bokning när det passar. Om det skulle vara nödvändigt får patienten självklart komma in på flera återbesök utan någon extra kostnad.
Betalning
Operationskostnaden skall vara inbetald senast 7 dagar innan operationsdagen, vi ger inte ut faktura för efterskottsbetalning. Vi erbjuder finansiering av operationer och behandlingar. Kontakta din klinik för mer specifik information om betalning.

Avbokningsregler
Du har naturligtvis alltid möjlighet att avboka/omboka din tid, men detta måste ske senast 21 dagar innan avtalad operationstid, det gäller även vid preliminärbokningar. Se vår avbokningspolicy nedan.
- Vid avbokning/ombokning senare än 20 dagar innan avtalad operationstid debiteras 15% av operationssumman.
- Vid avbokning/ombokning senare än 14 dagar innan avtalad operationstid debiteras 30% av operationssumman.
- Vid utebliven operationstid (ej avbokning/ombokning) debiteras 50% av operationssumman.
- Vid avbokning av medicinska skäl sker ingen debitering, dock krävs ett giltigt läkarintyg.
